By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Order Acceptance Policy

1. Please provide the correct delivery details upon checkout.

2. Send a proof of payment for order acknowledgment.

3. A member of Bloom-Belle Team will send the customer an acknowledgment letter upon payment confirmation. We will verify the details you provided and have it scheduled on your specified delivery date.

4. If you chose same day delivery, confirm it before cut-off time. If not, it will be delivered the next day.

For 1pm-5pm slot, please place the order before 2pm for same day delivery

For 5pm-8pm slot, please place the order before 4pm for same day delivery

1. Orders with only add-on gift(s) will be cancelled. Must at least have one flower arrangement for it to be processed.

2. For any changes or special requests, please contact our team at bloombelleonlineshop@gmail.com

3. Should there be any issues regarding your order, you will be contacted immediately.

 

Payments

1. We accept Visa, MasterCard cards and E-wallet. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via various payment gateways like PayMongo, Grab, Paymaya, etc.

2. If you create an account, your card will be stored securely by the payment gateway so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.

3. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel at least 1-2 days before the intended delivery date for a full refund to be issued.

2. Cancellation of orders for same day delivery must be done before the flowers are arranged.

3. Strictly no cancellation once the flowers are arranged or delivered.

 

Refund Policy

1. We will entertain complaints only within 24 hours from time of delivery.

2. For any disputes regarding the order, please provide proof of purchase and photo of product as evidence within 24 hours from time of delivery.

3. No return/refund for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

 

Substitution Policy

1. All products are subject to availability.

2. We try to deliver the exact same product as the sample, but substitution may occur due to season or availability.

3. Equivalent prices will be substituted for flowers, add-ons, fillers, wrappers, containers, and ribbons that are not available.

4. Should you like to substitute it with an item of greater value, additional payment will be made.

5. We will try to maintain the same theme as the chosen product should the need of substitution arises.

6. If we do not receive a confirmation from the customer regarding the substitution 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, it is automatically deemed substituted and the order will be immediately shipped.

 

Delivery Policy

1. Should there be any problems with the delivery, we will contact you immediately.

2. We will have the product(s) returned to our office if the customer fails to reply within 30 minutes.

3. If the recipient is absent on the given address, we will leave the items to authorized people present.

4. We will notify you should there be no authorized person to claim the product(s).

5. We will notify you to schedule for a re-delivery.

6. You must pay again for the delivery fee before we re-deliver.

7. We can deliver the same actual product(s) again on a different day, but we cannot guarantee that it will be as fresh as they were on the first delivery.

8. Should you wish to change the product(s) to new and fresher ones, you must pay again for the order.

9. If the recipient refuses to receive the order, the order status will be considered completed.

 

Gift Cards and Account Credits

1. We’re not responsible if any gift certificate is lost, stolen or destroyed, or gift certificate is used without your permission.

2. We’re not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any gift certificate.

3. Please treat your gift certificate like cash and safeguard both it and access to your Bloom-belle account accordingly.

4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept gift certificates that Bloom-belle believes, or suspects were obtained fraudulently.

5. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, gift certificate or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a gift certificate to your account or to make a Bloom-belle purchase.

6. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Use of Bloom-belle Account Credit or any Gift Certificate in Violation of these Terms and Conditions

By using a gift certificate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a gift certificate in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Bloom-belle, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void gift certificates (including as a component of your Bloom-Belle account credit) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a gift certificate or account credit is obtained, used, or applied to a Bloom-belle account (or your Bloom-belle credit is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

Special Notice

1. Please expect price increase during special occasions like Valentine’s season due to high demand and limited supply of flowers caused by cold weather.

2. Valentine’s Day price will start from February 1 to 15.

3. Specific time of delivery is not applicable during Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day because we cannot commit to time of delivery during peak season.

4. Prices are in Philippine peso and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Prices go back to regular rates after these special occasions.

 

Disclaimer

1. Please understand that our products are perishable, and any delays may affect the product.

2. Our flowers only last 1 to 5 days depending on the weather and room temperature.

3. We try but do not commit to exact delivery times due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic.

4. We are not accountable for delays or non-delivery due to any fortuitous event or other reasons beyond our control.
